Never had a problem up until now placed an order and was charged to my credit card. No order details were sent received an email inviting me to return to my basket as the order hadn’t been completed went back in and there was no order there this is clear of the company have taken the money but they say they have no record of the order but they certainly must have record of the payment being received as I have provided them with credit card reference numbers and information really disappointed as generally I’ve received good product and service from them until this point now they just ignore my emails. Don’t respond showing their true colours. ### ★★★☆☆ Great parts, bad wireing - Lars from Germany · 2026-03-08 · 已验证 The number of parts/LEDs is great. But the cable management is quite bad. Lumibricks knows how to do it. The interior light is the worst. Why not include a one cent part to attach it properly? ### ★☆☆☆☆ Where is my product? - Santa · 2026-03-03 · 已验证 Where is my product? ### ★★★★★ Good products of Lego light - Ace BSEFFZHG Cheung · 2026-03-03 · 已验证 Lightailing is a sincere and reliable seller who made this transaction smooth, happy, and satisfactory. ### ★★★★★ LEGO Neuschwanstein Castle was a complete success - Drew McClure · 2026-02-23 LEGO Neuschwanstein Castle 21063 was my first ever Lightailing project. It was tedious work but I got it done. The amount of detail was surprising. The pictures don't compare to actually looking at the finished work. Can't wait until I do the the next one. ### ★★★★★ perfect - Lc · 2026-02-02 · 已验证 Delivery fast Quality ok Service good. I will come back. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Never again lighttailing! Buyer beware!! - Karen Whitehead · 2026-01-11 I am experienced at lightups. Have purchased 2 sets of lighttailing light up kits for LGK467 Collectors OWL from Harry Potters collection. First set arrived with broken wire so couldn’t wait for replacement so bought set no 2. Goes ok but no video instructions for this set just a booklet with pictures too hard to follow. Lighting up fragile wings was a disaster. Too many wires to hide and completed product distracted from owls appearance. Don’t waste your money on this kit. Very very disappointed with lighttailing after doing 9 lightups. Up your anti lightailing and support your builds with helpful videos. ### ★★★★★ Everything I ordered fit and worked… - Cameron Lowther · 2026-01-05 · 已验证 Everything I ordered fit and worked perfectly ### ★★★★★ Shipped Promptly, Exactly what I wanted/expected - Cheryl · 2026-01-03 · 已验证 Order was received Promptly, exactly as expected. LOVE this company, and the light kit is amazing! ### ★★★★★ Second Kit Ordered - Bobbie Boogie · 2026-01-02 · 已验证 This will be the second kit I have purchased. It has not arrived, however the first kit worked really well and gave my Lego radio a look of authenticity. I was very happy and that is why I have decided to order another. ### ★★★★★ Excellent customer service for whatever… - guido · 2025-12-11 Excellent customer service for whatever may be wrong. Had some issues (broken cable, receiver not working for remote) with several purchases but all were resolved satisfactory. Its very fragile stuff so you need to really take it slow assembling. ### ★★★★☆ Great experience but one hitch - Jason · 2025-11-21 · 已验证 I had a great experience with the product I ordered, HOWEVER I had to take away a star because I ordered 2 products but only received one. NOT because they didn't ship it. But rather their system didn't update fast enough, so therefore the item was actually not in stock. They refunded the money, but my disappointment was I didn't get the item which I was desperately seeking. Just for the record it was the lighting set for Old Trafford. ### ★★★★★ Lighting your displays - JOSE CASTELO · 2025-11-04 · 已验证 Easy to order the lights for the right project. Makes the job complete. ### ★★★★★ the best lightto bye - Lina Proulx · 2025-10-08 · 已验证 everything arrived in perfect condition ### ★★★★★ A++++++ experience - Demi Roelandse · 2025-09-10 · 已验证 Always a pleasure buying here and an excellent customer service if you need assistance. ### ★★★★★ Thank you for fast delivery - Rob Fisher · 2025-09-08 · 已验证 Thank you for fast delivery. The lights came in good condition. Very good quality. Thank you. ### ★★★★☆ Make my lego castle shining at night - Steele · 2025-08-01 · 已验证 Make my lego castle shining at night. However, it is hard to follow the user manual. ### ★★★★★ Would definitely buy again! - Dwayne · 2025-07-08 Would definitely buy again! Fantastic product, well made, well designed, packaging and instructions are top-notch. This was clearly made for modelers, by modelers, and very affordable, too! Even the shipping was fast, you will NOT be disappointed! LOVE this!! Thanks for a great product, you have a new customer! ### ★☆☆☆☆ scam - Club Outlet · 2025-06-27 unfortunately this is a very big scam... I do not recommend anyone to shop here ### ★★☆☆☆ tired of waiting - Frank Markus · 2025-06-16 Been waiting close to a year for a video for Planet Earth and Moon in Orbit 42179 but for some reason it as never been produced even they said it was in process. who long does one have to wait? --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/www.lightailing.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/www.lightailing.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
