Lightcrafters

Thanks very much for your honest review Robert. I appreciate the feedback and will continue to work on better communication. We've been overwhelmed with work and some of that detail has slipped a bit recently. Thanks for the reminder of how important that end of our business is, the customer support end. We'll strive to to better. I'm sorry you were disappointed in that respect but happy you're otherwise impressed and pleased with your purchase.

Thank you very much for your review Florence. I'm glad you're pleased with with our products. We always to our best! Kent Samuelson, Lightcrafters

Thx very much Keith. We’re doing our best ;)

Wow, sorry about that. I had no idea my clients were being pestered by Trustpilot. These requests are automated and I was under the impression you'd be asked just two times, not nine times. Please accept my apologies. I'll see if I can adjust that in the Trustpilot settings. I'm glad you're pleased with the product anyway. Kent Samuelson, Lightcrafters

Thank you very, very much for your continued business Robert and your strong vote of confidence. That's what I always like to hear. All the best, Kent Samuelson
