I then emailed them about getting a refund and now they’re not responding. And the shoes were expensive!! Not good customer service. They don’t know how to engage properly and expect you to do all the work. They didn’t want to call UPS even though the package was stuck for several days. I contacted UPS myself and was told that the sender needs to file a claim. I then wrote on their Instagram, suggesting their customer service should be better – and they deleted the comment. This place is not cheap, so beware that you could be wasting a lot of money. The clothing was more than 10cm smaller than specified on website. When I contacted customer support they wanted proof, so I photographed every item of clothing with a tape measure so they could easily see. Since the dress was for my daughter, they said that they needed proof of her size. Why, I don't know. The sizes they provided were different than specified on the website, and that's all they need to know. I said I would not be sending photographs of my child to prove her size because it was irrelevant, and they refused to give a refund and stopped answering my emails. They also never answer their phone listed on the website. I would stay clear away from these guys.
