From beginning to end the whole situation was wild to me. I ordered a highlighted ash brown level 8 wig with HD lace and a platinum blonde wig with transparent lace… I got a yellow orange wig with dark brown Lace and a dark brown chunky highlight wig. I would have just ordered off Amazon and bleached the hair myself instead of this atrocity of a experience. Oh and to top it off I returned the wigs and they actually stopped contacting me and never rectified the situation so I am 1200$ down the drain.. they never sent my wigs back out and I have waited years for a response. They are legitimate and real. Our story is just as disappointing. We ordered a wig in February of this year. Within a few days after receiving, the wig got slightly damaged. The vendor agreed to repair it for us for a small fee, so we send it back to them for repair. It has BEEN 68 DAYS NOW and still no wig back. I sent countless emails on what's taking so long, is it repaired yet, what's going on......We kept chasing the vendor for answers. Every now and then the vendor would reply with this: "let me check with my worker". Finally 3 weeks ago, after threatening them that we will dispute the charge with PAYPAL, the vendor finally said the wig is repaired and we will ship back to you with a tracking #. One week passed, two, three, still no tracking #, no wig. The reality is they have no intention of sending back the wig we paid for.
