### ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid this product at all costs.
- al b · 2025-10-27

The trial version does not let you test all features, and once you pay you discover that using the full version requires lowering your Mac’s kernel-level security (Reduced Security and user-managed kernel extensions). This makes your system completely vulnerable to attacks — the exact opposite of what’s expected when handling sensitive or encrypted data.
Customer support is fully aware of this issue and still refuses refunds. This is a scam-level practice. Avoid this product at all costs.

> 商家回复 (2025-10-29): Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Our support has replied you. Enabling system extension is explained on the product page of M3 BitLocker Loader for Mac: https://www.m3datarecovery.com/mac-bitlocker/.

Additionally, M3 BitLocker Loader for Mac also offers another method that does not require lowering your Mac’s security level. You can use the File Manager option to export and import files from a BitLocker-encrypted drive. For a step-by-step guide, refer to the tutorial at: https://www.m3datarecovery.com/mac-bitlocker/online-help.html#method2

### ★☆☆☆☆ It didn't work for me
- Simon Winter · 2020-08-19

It didn't work for me.
Purchased a licence, waited 6 hours, all files recovered were 'zero bytes' and couldn't be opened. Using the application also slowed my Mac down to the point that it ran out of Application memory. I would not recommend this product.
