I had an excellent experience working with Andy Jin through Made-in-China.com. I’ll admit that I was a little hesitant at first about ordering such a large amount of furniture directly from China, but Andy made the entire process incredibly easy and gave me confidence every step of the way. Communication was excellent. I was able to message Andy directly through WhatsApp, and he was consistently responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I outfitted an approximately 6,000-square-foot medical office with furniture I purchased through Andy, and the quality has been outstanding. Everything looks fantastic, feels substantial and well made, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Just as importantly, I estimate that I saved at least 50% compared with what I would have spent purchasing comparable furniture locally. For anyone who may be hesitant about ordering furniture internationally, my experience with Andy was extremely positive. Great communication, amazing quality, tremendous value, and a smooth process from beginning to end. I would absolutely work with Andy again and would not hesitate to recommend him!
Terrible experience - NINGBO PASSEN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD
Terrible experience with Ningbo Passen Technology Co., LTD. They sold us aluminum bottles advertising a 300ml capacity. It is physically impossible for 300ml to fit in them. The capacity claim is completely false, making the product unusable for our hotel. Furthermore, despite requesting the final price upfront, they continuously added hidden charges for shipping and customs throughout the process. We import from China regularly and have never faced such deceptive pricing. They take no responsibility and refuse to refund.

Time wasting useless expérience
Initiated a contact with Qinqzhou Julong Agriculture Equipment early August. By Aug 9, 2026, the Dora we were discussing with on WhatsApp had disappeared. No answer to our questions. By Sept 4, it was only through the app that, by miracle, she came back. With no explanations and like she didn't know about what was already discussed. Came back online on Sept 12 pretending to be on a business trip, that a quotation will be sent in the morning next day. Then dropped out and someone else popped up and wanted to initiate a chat. Time-wasting bunch of people.

VERY GOOD AND RELIABLE
Goods have not arrived.
Goods have not arrived. The STS from Made in China were brilliant however we are still without the products we paid for so there is nothing to review. Probably not the suppliers fault however we paid for door to door shipping. We are told Australian customs have held goods for 2 and a half months and could hold them for many more. We have no explanation as to why.
