We had the same issues even after implementing the recommended settings from their support team, leading to multiple OTP requests and unnecessary frustration for our team and clients. I later checked their Trustpilot rating, which was around 2.4 and I wish I had read the reviews before moving our operations to them. We spent time and money trying to get the platform to work. However, forcing the old Name::URL format still limits real usability. We need to be able to import bookmarks with folders as they are, just like other tools allow. Otherwise, the feature loses a lot of its value. Another issue is that column resizing doesn't save. Every time I restart, I have to adjust everything again, which is frustrating for daily use.
