Support says its not possible, but here in one answer which says if you want to leave you can get your money. Dont sell to them. They are scammers. Edit: Support on discord Me: I found a statement from myDGN from 2021 saying that users can request a payout of their remaining balance if they want to quit the service. What about that? Support: I don't know. It's five years old. Where is this? Me: On Trustpilot. Support: Maybe it worked five years ago, but it doesn't work anymore. It's normal to have a minimum withdrawal amount. It's like that everywhere. Me: What an argument. Support: Your balance doesn't expire. Me: You're scammers, just like everyone else. DONT BUY THERE!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Faites attention, il disent qu'il vous paye mais bizarrement je l'ai rien reçu a fuir - Killian Denis · 2026-10-22 Faites attention, il i ### ★☆☆☆☆ no suppoort at all - Customer · 2026-10-21 no suppoort at all 3 days no response i dont expect much ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not sell EA FC coins on this website… - Raul Martin Fernandez · 2026-10-18 Do not sell EA FC coins on this website if you don’t want to lose them. I wanted to sell 1 million EA FC coins; I provided my account details, and they transferred approximately 300k—just enough to stay below the $20 USD minimum withdrawal threshold. After that, they stopped transferring coins, leaving me down 300k coins and stuck with $19 USD in "fictitious" credit on their scam website. ### ★★★☆☆ Awful support this year - Ali Alihosseini · 2026-10-12 Im mydgn’s user for more than 5 years and its the first time Im having a very big problem with them.I chose USDT (Tether) for my withdrawal and sent 160$ to a wallet for exchange but mydgn didn't give me the Transaction hash of the withdrawal and to exchange the money I need that! I mailed for more than 4 times and mydgn didn't responce, added manu_mydgn in discord (as its mentioned in the website as the support assistance) they didn't accept my friend request I opened ticket 2 times and its been 5 days they didn't answer my ticket What else can I do?just for a simple transaction hash which is like a normal recite Im checking the ticket section but I still don't have it! ### ★★★★★ Great site i know them from long ago - Zehn Ziba · 2026-09-25 Great site i know them from long ago ### ★★★★★ Excellent service!! - Вячеслав Березин · 2026-09-25 Excellent service!!! The team has revamped the coin withdrawal process for the better! ### ★★★★☆ Best Platform, But Crypto Withdrawal Limits Need Fixes - fcbad · 2026-07-24 Honestly, this is one of the best platforms I have worked with—reliable, fast, and smooth overall. However, there are two major issues regarding crypto withdrawals that need urgent adjustment: High USDT Minimum Threshold: The minimum withdrawal limit for USDT (Tether) is set at $100, which is far too high for many users. Please consider lowering this minimum amount. Unreasonable LTC Fees: The withdrawal fee for Litecoin (LTC) is currently 12.50. Everyone in the crypto space knows that LTC network fees are natively just a few cents. Charging 12.50 for an LTC payout is way too high and makes no sense. If you reduce the USDT minimum withdrawal limit and lower the LTC fee to a realistic rate, this platform would easily be a 10/10. Please look into this! ### ★★★★★ Reliable - Simon Shevchuk · 2026-07-03 Reliable, fast. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Prices are d#gshit compared to other… - Utku Taş · 2025-12-24 Prices are d#gshit compared to other websites, also the Payout Methods and fees are incredible bad plus you get your ea account banned ggwp.. ### ★★★★★ It's a good place to sell your coins - Tomasz Borkowski · 2025-11-06 It's a good place to sell your coins! The payments gets at your wallet in less than 3 days. One thing to improve I would like is to be able to withdraw PayPal USD. ### ★★★★★ Wonderful - SELENA WELLER · 2025-10-13 Wonderful, seem less, stress free ### ★☆☆☆☆ dont bother with this website - Warrior · 2025-08-10 worst experience, worst customer service, worst site for selling coins. I wanted to sell 6 million coins on two accounts they transferred about 75k only and it took took them 2 days to do that i contacted them and they replied to me the day after but they still didn't fix the issue. i eventually removed my accounts from this bullshit website.
