I will be also charged $120 for transportation after the warranty period, although my receipt only stated "1 + 2 years warranty." After 6 months I had to charge up 5 times in a month! Sales person told me every 4 months charge once overnight. Even with overnight charging, the battery full charge light did not show up and drained really fast in the first few days of use. For a household with only 3 person, usage was low. Technician told me I should charge once every month. That was different from what sales person said. Anyway, first year was onsite warranty. So they sent technician down to replace battery and motherboard. Because a faulty battery also means short circuit somewhere and that could drain the battery out. So if under warranty, ask for thorough check and replacement. Ramu the technician replaced all and did a thorough check. Whenever I encountered problems, I first contacted the salesperson. She was polite and helpful, but was unable to resolve the technical issues and referred me to the support team. Unfortunately, the support contact provided did not answer my calls. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to consider their purchase carefully.
