My outline was very minimal making it not even look like me from the picture and when questioned on their quality checks they are adamant that that’s all they do when their Instagram hoodies with outline has full detailing. I had to gift it to my partner but now it’s a full waste for me as it doesn’t even look like us and my favourite picture. There is no support for return or for them to get it back and fix it so your money is wasted basically. It will be stiff as a board after one wash. The embroidery is also of poor quality control. Conveniently, they "processed" the order 3 days after my email, then one week later replied to me to tell me I couldn't receive a refund due to my order being dispatched. Horrible customer service.
