I totally understand your concerns about the changes at NLC, especially when you've been used to how we've operated in the past. Change can be a bit unsettling, but I want to assure you that everything we're doing is with our customers' best interests at heart. Our business model is pretty standard for the subscription-based design industry. It’s impossible for any company do offer any number of creatives imaginable each day without charging for it. We pride ourselves on offering unlimited requests, unlimited revisions, and the ability to support an unlimited number of brands under each account. We're actually stepping it up a notch in 2024. We've got some exciting new products, features, and a brand-new platform in the pipeline. The phrase 'NO LIMIT' is about to take on an even broader meaning for us. We're evolving beyond just being a subscription-based design service. I know it might be hard to see the full picture right now, without the physical rollout of these new offerings, but I assure you, our focus is firmly on delivering value to our customers like you. I'm really hopeful you'll continue this journey with us. The upcoming changes are set to redefine what 'no limit' means in our industry, and I believe you'll find real value in what's coming. You're a couple of weeks away from our very own custom-built markup tool that will allow you to click on any part of a graphic or video and make notes for crystal clear revision requests. Hundreds of clients simply use Loom screen recordings too which has never been an issue for them as it's very simple to link your recording into your notes.
