They have an amazing selection of products, including new brands and exciting items that can be difficult to find elsewhere. As a vegan, I really appreciate having a shop like this, and I’ve always trusted them. Recently, I had an issue with a parcel containing some vegan cat food. I chose delivery to a Mondial Relay locker, but unfortunately the locker malfunctioned. The screen was completely black, so I couldn’t collect my parcel. I contacted Mondial Relay and was told the issue would be fixed by 3 July, but when I returned, the locker was still out of service. It was a frustrating situation, but it wasn’t Official Vegan Shop’s fault. I then contacted Official Vegan Shop to explain what had happened and asked if a refund would be possible. They replied first thing the next morning, apologised for the inconvenience, and processed my refund immediately. Their customer service was kind, understanding, and incredibly efficient. Thank you for handling the situation so professionally. January! I ordered some praline chocolates for my mum's Christmas gift and they sent out marshmallows instead, in the shape of dog paws. Not to mention the box was open and badly composed. When I asked them about it they stated that they didn't have the chocolate I ordered in stock, so instead of telling me or giving me the option to choose an exchange or cancel, they just sent me a totally different product. No-one in my household likes marshmallows so they credited my account for the cost of the chocolates however, they didn't include shipping so if I were to order again I would still lose money on the shipping costs (which is at least €5). After 2 weeks of them ignoring my requests for a refund, they finally agreed to refund me today after I threatened to take things further.
