I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to see what can be done about shutting their website down, and I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company for them to reverse the charges. I did not realize they did not have a customer service number until after I ordered. People do not order from a company that does not have a customer service number I learned my lesson the hard way. This company says they were based out of Illinois when they are truly based out of China. A bunch of Chinese scammers stealing from Americans. They make up fake tracking numbers for Usps. When you click on the tracking info it says status not found. I order an item on the 20th of oct and still haven’t received. I called my bank for a dispute. On top of that, they have that the site is based out of Illinois when you go to the website, but they ship from China. It’s a FRAUD!!! Don’t order here! I can't tell you HOW many e-mails I've written to the company since submitting an order back in NOVEMBER. It's now MARCH and I STILL haven't received any sort of tracking information, no product and NO refund. I have submitted a complaint through Facebook since that's where their store was advertised and their website has "mysteriously" been shut down. Wasted 17usd on a scam.
