Hello Todd and thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are so sorry to hear of delays with your order! Would you be able to provide us your order number or email address used to place the order? We would like to confirm what happened with your order. We do ship orders same day, or next, Monday through Friday. Our USPS driver does not scan packages when they pick them up which leads to a bit of confusion with folks thinking their package hasn't shipped when they actually have. Some of those packages are loaded onto a train or truck out of Portland, Oregon for travel to the east coast so they won't show a USPS scan until they get unloaded at the delivery terminal. And sadly this summer we've seen delays on packages shipped with USPS, UPS, and FedEx due to weather as well as due to the increased numbers of packages being shipped. Please give us a call at 1-800-994-4327 Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm Pacific at 1-800-994-4327 if you have additional questions. Thanks for choosing Outdoorplay!

Fantastic to hear Paul, if you have any questions in the future or a need for any more gear we have all you need to stay safe and have fun on the water! Thank you again for choosing Outdoorplay

Hi Alex, First I want to apologize that this happened with your order, we did get a new vendor recently (Spinera) and there was a mix up on the label somehow it got the wrong address and it was delivered incorrectly back to the manufacturer. We are refunding the shipping cost you paid since you did not get this item and we have had the order reshipped with next day air. I hope you are still able to get some great use out of this and that our actions are sufficient to remedy the issue.

Thank you for the kind words we are so glad to be your go to for all your needs!
