(2026-07-31): Hi there Jacob! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Our goal is to provide students with a self-paced learning experience that builds confidence through personalized lessons, practice tests, and review materials as you prepare for the official GED exam.

We understand that every learner has different needs and preferences, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective on the practice questions and study experience.

We always value feedback like yours as we continue to improve our Academy. I would be more than happy to reach out to you directly to learn more about your experience and see how I can better support your studies with us.

Looking forward to speaking with you soon!

(2026-07-26): Hi Roger,

I apologize for the experience you've had. The program should not be asking you to pay again during the intake process, so something isn't working as expected. It sounds like this may be related to a browser cache issue. Could you please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then sign in again? Here are instructions to help with that: https://www.essentialed.com/students/help/article/how-do-i-clear-my-cache-and-why-do-i-need-to-clear-it

We're also reaching out to you directly to help troubleshoot the issue and make sure you can access your courses. Thank you for your patience, and again, I'm sorry for the frustration.
