Customer service is excellent. They always address my questions or concerns within 24 hours. When I've had to update my destination address, it is done within hours. Aside from that I've only had to reach out to customer service one time and that was just to ask if there was an app issue. There is also a monthly contest you're automatically entered into with a PeliPals account. There is no reason not to have an account. Great service. Time and money saver as well.
