They helped me send photos of my son's dog (they're very bonded) to him in jail, despite initial issues with the facility. Their customer service, especially Tabitha, was top-notch. Pelipost is an amazing resource for inmates to receive photos of their loved one’s. The app is easy to use and the photos are secured which is very comforting. Should you have any questions you can contact customer service which is very responsive and willing to assist. Great job!

I’ve been very satisfied with this app. My husband gets his picture in a timely manner, the picture quality is good, and customer service is quick to respond and are great! Last of all I pay for a subscription and feel it’s worth every Penny!

I told pelipost there was an issue at the penitentiary where my fiance is. They sent me back an email asking for the order number. I sent them a screenshot of my whole order. And the next email I got was telling me that my order was being reprinted and as soon as it was finished it would be shipped out. They didn't even wait for the other package to pictures to come back. So that's that much sooner that my loved one is going to be getting the photos that I sent that the penitentiary would not give to him. I've always been satisfied with Pelipost and I love what they are doing for our loved ones that's in prison and for the families of our loved one out here who miss them desperately! They just made this a lot easier for me and it is so appreciated and they are awesome again thank you Pelipost thank you very much!!

I was unaware that changes needed to be made by a Customer Service Rep. I inadvertently deleted my account. Customer Service took care of my problem within minutes. Everything was handled in a very professional manner.

Janel P, was very helpful. I was worried cause I had ordered a card and some pics, two different orders and today I find out that they're being transferred to another facility. And it sucks cause they won't get their stuff for their birthday but at least it's put on pause until they arrive at their next facility. So I'm glad. There was a mix-up with my Loved One's pictures because the facility changed the number of pictures the AICs could receive at once. Pelipost not only resent them in the right amount, but they also credited my account for my time.
