The Hermes and Chanel bags I’ve bought have been in pristine condition as described! The shipping was very fast and secure. The packaging is next level! Just the very best company and people to work with! Seriously! Don’t hesitate if there is a bag you’re thinking about. You will love the entire experience! ### ★★★★★ i loved shopping with redeluxe - millie · 2026-08-28 i loved shopping with redeluxe. i was looking for a specific bag for weeks looking through multiple sites and i came upon redeluxe. their selection of bags is amazing and so are their prices. the condition my bag came in was unbelievable and packaged so nicely. i love it so much! it looked practically unused. something you dont find in other resale websites. i was a little hesitant in buying from here, but after doing a little research i went for it and it was one of the best purchases ive ever done. customer service wise they were super efficient making everything really easy for me. shipping was also top notch. bag came in two days later. im glad i came across this business. ### ★★★★★ My first Birkin was perfection - Gabriella P · 2026-08-21 I had previously bought a Chanel bag from Redeluxe so when it was time for my first Birkin there was no one else I would trust. Their inventory is incredible and within a couple of weeks a bag with the exact specifications I wanted popped up. They are always happy to send more photos of a bag before you make a decision. Redeluxe are so thorough reviewing the condition of their bags and mine arrived in incredible condition. Shipping was fast as always. ### ★★★★★ I’m in love with REDELUXE - Mrs Reynaldo · 2026-08-16 This was my first experience, it was wonderful. I purchased a Chanel mini 22 coral pink. I can’t say enough good things! 🩷 ### ★★★★★ The bag was exactly as promised - Wight · 2026-08-16 The bag was exactly as promised. It is in beautiful condition, the shipping was super quick and easy. However, one of my favourite YouTuber Je suis Lou, has been shopping with Redeluxe for years and she always talk about them. It was a few days after my birthday and I had my eyes on the Black Lambskin Quilted Gold Silver CC Double Flap Small GHW for 1 month and I finally decided to get it. This was by far one of the best experience I’ve had. I was worried when my parcel was stuck in customs for clearance and I reached out to the customer service team and they were lovely. I love the fact that I didn’t have to worry about custom fees for getting my parcel in the UK. I will definitely shop again with Redeluxe, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. ### ★★★★★ My H exotic bag is a dream - Kristina · 2026-07-31 The only online Reseller that I trust.
