I scheduled for my service to change from GSMA to CDMA upon renewal that never happened. when i contacted support they tried to fix it but it cut off the service all together. Its now been 3 days I have no service they cant fix it and i can't even port over my number to a new carrier until its complete. I've talked to over 8 agents they all just say wait another 24hrs we escalated it! beyond terrible experience.
