For a software company that provides customer support solutions, they have some of the worst customer service I have experienced. If my team supported our customers at the level we have received from REVE Chat, I would have some serious staffing decisions to make. We have experienced numerous issues with the platform, including unreliable notifications, cobrowsing problems, and other functionality that has directly affected our ability to support our own customers. When we reach out for help, the response is almost always some version of “our engineers are looking into it,” followed by little to no meaningful follow-up. In our experience, there is no effective support process. We are not consistently given ticket numbers, requests for updates go unanswered, and requests to have someone contact us are often ignored. To be fair, one team member did reach out and scheduled a couple of Zoom meetings with me. Unfortunately, they did not attend the meetings they scheduled. I hate leaving negative reviews. I really do. I would much rather work directly with a company to resolve issues than publicly complain about them. But after repeated problems and repeated attempts to get meaningful support, I feel other companies should understand what they may be getting into. Software problems happen. That is not the issue. The issue is how a company responds when they do. Based on our experience, REVE Chat has consistently fallen short in both product reliability and customer support. At this point, I cannot recommend REVE Chat to any company that depends on reliable customer communication and responsive support. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I advise against using REVE chat - Brandon Smith · 2024-09-03 I advise against using REVE chat. I have been attempting to cancel my service for more than three months, yet I continue to incur monthly charges. When I reach out to customer support, they respond with, "we are working on it," which suggests that it takes them three months to process a cancellation and send an email. Additionally, their mobile application occasionally becomes unavailable on the US Apple App Store. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Awful customer experience - Andy green · 2023-12-13 Awful customer experience. Auto renewal of subscription. Reminder from Revechat sent too late to turn off auto renewal. One day over end of previous subecription period and get charged $160 for a full year again. After signing up for a trial and connecting my social media accounts, I realized the software didn’t meet my needs. I promptly canceled, yet I continued to receive unwanted notifications and interactions from their bot on my social media. Despite reaching out to their support multiple times and asking them to disconnect their software from my accounts, the issue persisted. I had hoped they would rectify the situation after multiple communications, but unfortunately, they haven’t. The is over a month after the trial finished and I still get 'Offline message from XX' even to this day. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company and would STRONGLY advise others to avoid them at all cost! ### ★★★★★ DATA ANALYSIS Capability - Md Shaheen Reza · 2023-01-18 I mostly like DATA ANALYSIS capability of the tool. Worst--worst... We uninstalled this unwanted app... But their script always keep loading when our site loads ..resulting in poor loading of homepage.
