Judith, thank you for recognizing the crews on both ends of your move. We’re glad the pickup and delivery teams provided a positive experience. We’re very sorry, however, for the stress caused by the payment communication over the July 4th weekend. You should not have been left feeling pressured to secure a cashier’s check when banks were closed, nor should the payment process and form have been so difficult to complete. We also understand how upsetting it was to feel that your scheduled delivery could be affected while you were trying to resolve an issue outside your control. Your feedback regarding Alessio’s communication, the timing of the call, and the inability to use the card already on file has been shared with the appropriate team for review. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize that this part of the experience overshadowed the otherwise good work performed by our moving crews. The Roadway Moving Team
