I do believe however, that it was with another studio and not with us.  We are Royal Tattoo in Helsingør, Denmark. We also don't do piercings, we are a tattoo only studio. 

Considering you experiences with the other studio that you attended, I think it would be best to leave this review on their page. That way they can get back to you, after they've seen your feedback.
