Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you consistently receive your orders on time and that you’re happy with our packaging and product quality. It means a lot to know you look forward to receiving your Scent Split box! We truly appreciate your continued support.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you're happy with your purchase and the sample size. Our decants contain the authentic fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a smaller container. Since our sample sprayers dispense a smaller amount with each spray, you may need a few more sprays compared with a full-size bottle. Fragrance performance can also vary depending on skin chemistry, application, and other factors. We appreciate your support and hope you continue enjoying your fragrances.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear you felt the delivery took longer than expected. Your order was delivered within the estimated timeframe for the shipping method selected. We're also sorry to hear that one of the samples did not spray properly. Regarding the fragrances themselves, scent perception can vary from person to person, and a fragrance may smell quite different depending on individual preferences and perception. If you would like us to look into the sample issue, please feel free to contact our support team with your order details. We appreciate your feedback and support.
