Hi Jessica, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and for being a repeat customer with us. We really appreciate that you have taken the chance on us. We completely understand that it may seems like some places you visited were quite crowded and not exactly "off the tourist trail". At times, especially during the summer months of June-August, it's very difficult to avoid crowds in popular destinations in Indonesia. However, we do try to give our customers options to visit less crowded places in addition to the bucket list destinations, such as visiting a rare turtle sanctuary in Java in addition to visiting Mt Ijen and Mt Bromo or extend their Komodo stay an additional day beyond the more typical 3D2N option. The other thing we prioritise in these more popular destinations is working with really good guides that bring back the income to their communities. Once again, we really appreciate your business and feedback. We will continue to do our best to find alternatives as it really matters to us personally that our customers have the best experience.
