They responded quickly and, before getting started, immediately sent back my artwork with options. When I placed my order, I made a mistake, and JoJo caught it and CALLED ME! Once the promised delivery date was sent, they met it. The product is solid and perfect. ### ★★★★☆ From Frustration to Resolution - C M · 2026-05-19 I was initially very disappointed with my experience due to communication challenges and what appeared to be a lack of urgency in addressing an issue with my order. After spending nearly $1,000 on 400 pins and returning as a repeat customer based on a previous positive experience, I expected a smoother resolution process. That said, I want to provide an update and recognize that the vendor has since stepped in and is actively working with me to resolve the situation. I appreciate their willingness to engage, address my concerns, and find a path forward. While the experience did not start the way I had hoped, I believe it is important to acknowledge when a company takes ownership and works toward a solution. I am encouraged by the efforts being made and look forward to seeing the issue through to a successful resolution. Thank you to the team members who have taken the time to assist and help make things right. ### ★★★★★ Signature Pins is the only place to order pins. - Deanna Depies · 2024-05-20 Signature Pins is where we will order all of our pins now! They also look AMAZING!!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Late Shipping…Huge disappointment - Gina Gorman · 2023-07-24 While everything leading up to our receiving of the pins was great, I will never use signature pins again. We were promised a date and the pins arrived a week later, well into our Nationals tournament. The girls missed a vital part of their tournament and our team was out $1300 and now we are left with 400 pins. There was no refund, just a discount for future use offered. We were told we could change shipping address and reroute. We attempted they wouldn’t overnight so we wouldn’t have received the pins at nationals until we were done playing. Highly disappointed with this company. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/www.signaturepins.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/www.signaturepins.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
