We're delighted to hear you received fantastic service from our team while choosing your new iron. We hope you enjoy your new iron and look forward to welcoming you back again soon! (2026-07-20): Hi Rob, thank you for leaving a fantastic 5-star review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your fitting. We hope you enjoy your new clubs and look forward to welcoming you back soon. (2026-04-13): Hi Keith, thanks so much for sharing such a detailed review! We’re really glad you found the fitting worthwhile and that Bill was able to guide you clearly through the process. It’s great to hear the data and feel helped you find the right clubs, and that a few swing tips made a difference too. We really appreciate the recommendation - enjoy the new clubs when they arrive, and we look forward to seeing you back out on the course soon! (2026-01-02): Hi Andrew, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to assure you that we do not condone any form of aggressive behaviour toward guests. The area is not reserved exclusively for members and will be marked clearly "open to all" in the future. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us. (2025-12-15): Thank you for leaving your review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Christmas party with us, and that one of our bouncers was able to take good care of your daughter. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon. (2025-11-26): Hi Andrew, thank you for sharing this! We’re delighted to hear Jamie put you at ease and delivered a fitting focused purely on data and performance. It’s great to know your coach was impressed too. We really appreciate the recommendation - and we’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Jamie! (2025-07-02): Hi Oli, Thanks so much for the review! We're thrilled to hear Jeevs took such good care of you. Enjoy the new wedges, and we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to him. Hope to see you again soon! (2025-07-02): Thanks for the review! We're so glad your first visit to Silvermere was a great one. Dan and Joe will be thrilled to hear your kind words -sounds like they made shoe shopping a lot more fun (and comfy with those socks!). We look forward to seeing you again soon! (2025-05-27): You purchased a pair of shoes in June 2024, and returned these shoes after 11 months for a fault of “squeaking” and these were replaced/no quibble with the same model/size: Nike Air. You have worn the shoes outside walking to your simulator and hit balls with them on and they are clearly used inside and out. We are therefore unable to change shoes that are used as is the case with ANY retail store. You used threatening language to our staff quote “there won’t be a scene if I get what I want” which we do not tolerate in any circumstances. Fortunately, 999 out of 1000 customers who visit us understand and love what we do. We wish you all the best with your purchases elsewhere. (2025-03-26): Good morning Angela, thank you for leaving a review. We're delighted to hear that you've had such positive experiences at our golf shop. Our team always strives to provide excellent service, and we’re glad we could help you find the right items for your son. We look forward to welcoming you again soon. (2025-01-03): Good afternoon, thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you make the journey from Brighton to visit us at Silvermere. It’s great to know that you’ve been impressed with our range, pricing, and customer service. We’re especially pleased that the ‘2 Joe’s’ were able to assist you with your new PowaKaddy cart bag and ensure it was compatible with your trolley. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Enjoy your new cart bag, and happy golfing! (2025-01-03): Hi Chris, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us at Silvermere! We're thrilled to hear you visited us twice over the holiday period and found everything you needed. We're especially pleased to hear about the exceptional service Joseph provided. We'll be sure to pass along your review to him—it will make his day! We look forward to welcoming you back soon. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, don’t hesitate to let us know. (2024-08-22): Hi Neil, many thanks for leaving a review of your custom fitting experience here at Silvermere. Enjoy your new clubs! (2024-08-22): Hi Judith, many thanks for leaving a review of your experience at the Golf Store. We're thrilled the service you received from Joe was great and we hope you enjoy your new shoes. Look forward to welcoming you back soon... (2024-07-25): Thank you for leaving a review. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit/custom fitting at Silvermere.
