Huge thanks to you guys and to the Dreamrig Team, I appreciate that. The product I'm talking about is the L-bracket with dual ARCA swiss for a6500 and works great, while made the camera light (I was using full cage before). Product arrived amazingly fast and was in perfect condition. You never disappoint guys.. Good customer service in some ways, not helpful in others. Unwilling to help promote fixes for issues they don't cover. If you have a fix for something they don't cover, like I did, they're not interested in helping you build your audience. Might be a small gripe for some, like me, and unimportant for others. This one issue kept me from making a video to fix an issue a lot of people might have with a certain product. The quality of the cage was perfect. However, I'm not satisfied with the panning and tilting system of the tripod. First of all, if you lock the panning, you can still pan easily with the additional stick without making too much effort, which what actually does is screwing or unscrewing the ball head. Furthermore, when you tilt down, you have to lock it in order for it to stay in place, or it automatically starts moving up on its own.
