Across all these channels, I have received nothing beyond automated messages. No SourcinBox representative has answered my questions or provided meaningful assistance. This has happened at the very beginning of the setup process, while I am trying to establish a business relationship with SourcinBox. Spending this much time chasing a company just to start a conversation is deeply frustrating and disappointing. In my experience, communication with **SourcinBox has been effectively nonexistent**. For a company offering sourcing and fulfillment services to businesses that depend on timely coordination, this level of unresponsiveness is commercially embarrassing.
