Hi brown bola 1. Thank you for your review. We would like to share the facts transparently. 2. Import duty is payable by the buyer. This order was shipped by DHL courier under EXW terms. Under international practice, customs duty is charged by your country's customs and must be paid by the consignee (the buyer). The duty goes to customs — we never receive it, and customs only accepts payment from the consignee. 3. Your earlier orders were sent by small parcel, which usually clears customs without duty. DHL Express always goes through formal customs clearance — that is the only difference. 4. Your parcel has arrived and is being held at customs only because the import duty has not been paid. Once you pay the duty, customs will release it, and it will be delivered to you. 5. After you reported the first screen as unusable, we sent you a free replacement (USD 183) and paid USD 33 of shipping ourselves — over USD 216 of goodwill — and we also offered USD 31 toward the customs delay fee. 6. We are a professional seller and always happy to cooperate with reasonable buyers. We cannot pay import duty on the buyer's behalf, as customs only accepts payment from the consignee. Great service, long time customer

Great service. Been ordering from Sunsky a ton. Ordering from the U.S and the process is extremely easy. I was hesitant at first but even working with their customer service is great. I highly recommend getting whatsapp to communicate with them. Delivery time has never been late for me. Once I had a bad quality product, but I was able to ship it back for a return easily.
