I already paid $12 shipping for faster shipping when I ordered. The colors are vibrant, the design is beautiful, and it photographed amazingly at Comic-Con. It was comfortable enough to wear throughout the day, and I received so many compliments. The fit was slightly loose on me, which caused some bunching in the front and around the legs, but it still looked great once I adjusted the fabric properly. Overall, the costume arrived in time for my event, looked true to the character, and brought my Spider-Byte look together beautifully. Do not trust the shipping or processing timelines advertised on Takerlama.com. I placed an order on September 4th for an item explicitly marked as having a "7-12 day" processing window. They held my $205.57 for 24 full days without ever shipping it. Customer support ("Candy") repeatedly ignored my requests to speak to a manager, gave contradictory timelines, and tried to back out of a cancellation. I had to threaten formal regulatory action to get them to submit a refund log. Total breach of contract and terrible merchant standards. Avoid this store. UPDATE (OCTOBER 10): My refund eventually processed, but ONLY because I threatened this company with federal and international regulatory action. Since the refund cleared, customer service has continuously badgered and pressured me with private emails demanding that I delete this review. It is completely obvious that this company browbeats, manipulates, and harasses their customers into removing negative feedback to artificially inflate their score. Do not trust their overall rating on this platform. They aggressively try to bully people into hiding the truth about their terrible delays and customer service. And will I love the suit maybe I should’ve gotten it custom sized because I ordered a medium (because usually I’m a large-xl) bc wanted a tight fit and while it does fit the way I wanted it to in the right places, it’s really baggy in the front private area and it only looks normal when I’m standing still and no matter how many times I pull it up it just slides down n gets baggy again every time I watch so I’m constantly pulling it up. So I took a chance. I received my jumpsuit about a month later and wow - it was worth the wait! It didn't look like the pictures. It looked better. It exceeded my expectations tenfold. The stitching and just the way the costume was sewn together was unbelievably good. There was a slight mishap with stitching not being completed on one of the sides, but the great people at Takerlama worked with me and made it right. I wish Trustpilot would allow me to submit pictures because the detailing and look of the whole jumpsuit is just perfect. I am 5'5" 145 lbs. and the Medium is a perfect fit. Like it was made for me. Overall, buying from and working with Takerlama was a great experience and if you want a cosplay costume, I would highly recommend them.
