In this case, there was an unexpected inventory issue that led to the repeated outreach and changes to your order. We completely understand how that can be frustrating.
 
We also want to clarify that situations like this are not common, and we work hard to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. That said, we recognize that your experience did not reflect that.
 
As requested, the items were canceled and refunded. While we’re glad we could resolve that quickly, we know the overall experience fell short.
