They were gorgeous in person, but the only downside is that they take a long time to ship. I wish shipping was faster, but other than that, the design is great. Their marketing is great. The one thing that almost got me tho is that I was so close to buying the full set with the keyboard because I thought it was the same keyboard that they had in their photos and videos. But then I realized soon after that the keyboard was different. They keyboard they used to promote their keycaps were the Gravastar keyboard. I have contacted customer service countless times and get the whole “I can understand your frustration”…. And “we need a few more days to straighten this out”. Spending over $300 on this product was a big deal for me and it was for a special gift for my husband. When I submitted the order, I mistyped my home address but contacted them to fix that so there is absolutely no reason why I should not have my product. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone…ever. Two and a half months and still waiting. A very frustrated customer. Now I’m back in Germany working and my keyboard still hasn’t made it to my Florida address. ### ★★☆☆☆ I received a keycap set with the “E”… - Shoebox · 2026-08-28 I received a keycap set with the “E” legend printed upside down. I contacted customer service and provided photos clearly showing the defect. Unfortunately, despite follow-up, I still have not received a resolution or replacement keycap. I really like several of Kapco’s designs, but the lack of response to such a straightforward quality-control issue has made me hesitant to purchase from them again. One had misprinted letters and the second one was so badly printed that it looked like someone forget to apply black ink. They were red when they should have been black. Theres no customer service that would resolve the issues. Sure you can contact them but after 14 days I have lost all the faith on them resolving the issue. Basically they just said: We feel you. Our products have misprint and coloring issues that we blame our subcontractor and because of this we will now ignore you so we dont have to resolve issues. For the price for the keycaps that premium - the quality is total mess. Highly recommend. ### ★★★★★ Treat yourself - Rhy Brooks · 2026-07-24 I bought the snoopy red clear mix keycaps for a gmmk 3 barebones with gateron brown switches. The keycaps took ten days, and they arrived in a cool box. Inside they were segmented, laid out in rows, and each segment/row was covered. It also came with a puller. The keycaps went on with no issue, and they looked great. The non red are a matte type feel, while the red see through ones feel like regular keycaps. With these keycaps and switches the do sound thunkier/ creamier compared to my gateron brown switches with gmmk keycaps. All in all, they look absolutely sick, and I would recommend anyone to get them.
