Throughout the ordering process, we provide multiple confirmations of the selected portraits, sizes, and options - including the checkout summary, order confirmation, and production details - to ensure everything matches what the customer expects before production begins. Thus you could clearly see what is being ordered. And yes, we cannot cancel it once it's in production - it's fully personalized portrait. Based on your review, we'd genuinely like the opportunity to investigate what happened. Please contact us directly at hello@tinysnap.com with your order number. If there was any misunderstanding or issue with your order, we'll review it personally and, as a gesture of goodwill, we'd be happy to offer a partial refund that can be applied toward a replacement print order.
