IMile admitted loosing it and gave me and email with all the details to pay TOPHELMETFAN for them to replace and resend my expensive Vest. I sent the details to James at TOPHELMETFAN who wouldn’t reply so I sent a couple more emails STILL with no reply. Knowing they can get the money OR they probably decide to keep my money. I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THAT MAKES AND SHIPS FROM CHINA. DEFINITELY NOT USA AS THEY CLAIM I have lost almost $1,000 Australian ### ★★★★★ Christmas gift - Joseph Smith · 2025-02-28 · 已验证 Gave my son this Tophelmetfan body armor for Christmas and he was stoked! Customer service was super helpful when I made a mistake with my credit card info! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Knock off helmets sold as genuine… - David · 2024-11-29 Knock off helmets sold as genuine goods. Prices were too low for genuine Team Wendy helmet, was correct. It appears to be a serviceable helmet, but I wont trust it anymore than I would a bump helmet. Chi-Nah. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Most dishonest internet seller ever dealt with - Chris T. · 2024-11-14 Extremely dishonest seller. Without disclosing he does business this way, he has customers ship items directly to each other rather than shipping them from a warehouse. If you buy an item it will likely be sent to you from another customer returning the same item. If you want to return an item he will not give you a return address until he has another customer order for the same item, then you'll be instructed to ship yours to the new buyer. You may wait weeks to complete a return, until he has a buyer for your item. It took me two months to buy and receive two helmets, return them, and finally receive refunds. During that period seller kept assuring he'd provide return information "soon." After I "returned" the second helmet (sent it to another buyer) I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to receive a refund. My strong recommendation is to buy from another business. ### ★★★★★ Fast and exactly what I want and the… - Clifford Schuchart · 2024-08-17 Fast and exactly what I want and the 30% realy made it great ### ★★★★★ I researched many channels and finally… - Sarah · 2024-08-05 · 已验证 I researched many channels and finally chose Tophelmetfan. All of this started in December , 2023. This lead to a series of events that fouled up everything. After months of confusion and me with no item, as well as the money lost, I reached out to the people of Top Helmet. They immediately responded and now I have a top quality product. They helped me when they didn't have to, and saved my money that was lost in the process. Top Helmet people are tops in my book, and they have a great company . ### ★★★★★ Well done - Lisa Joseph · 2024-05-28 · 已验证 Well done, I really enjoyed communicating with Tophelmetfan. They always give me the most professional and quick response. This makes me feel very at ease. ### ★☆☆☆☆ NOT METAL - Fantazma · 2024-05-17 NOT METAL Like it says in the description and on the details of the product. Product was shipped from China. Customer service responded to my concerns. They told me to ship it to them before 30 days on my dime. I believe if I receive a Cheap plastic piece of junk, they should either provide me with a shipping label or just refund my money and I would throw it in the trash because that’s where it belongs not on a helmet. Money was not refunded like it’s says in the Guarantee ☑️Money-Back Guarantee: Within 30 days after receiving the product, if the item you received is defective, does not match the description, or any other problem, we will gladly issue out a replacement or refund. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/www.tophelmetfan.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/www.tophelmetfan.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
