Dear Sven, thank you for your review. Delivery depends a bit on where the furniture gets delivered from. We collaborate with different vendors from several countries and sometimes the shipment comes straight from them and sometimes from our own warehouses. Upon purchase you'll receive a orderconfirmation specifying the number of deliveries. Then you'll receive a text when the products are shipped and finally you'll receive notifications from the transportcompany regarding the final confirmed delivery date. Hi Hazem! Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. For returns we charge a returnfee depending on the size of the parcel. Items delivered to a service point is returned for 99 SEK, and if the parcel is larger or if there are several parcels it'll be collected at home for a fee of 395 SEK. All this is specified in our terms and conditions which are approved in the register before confirmed purchase. Hi Firoz, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you are not pleased with how your case was solved and handled. Our stores are only showrooms, therefor you can not order any spareparts from the stores. All contact regarding claims go though our claims department. Yes, we have a longer waiting time on the email but we often call first and if we don't get an answer we send email. You can also ask us to call you and then we will do that. The spare parts is sent directly from the supplier and that is why the delivery time is longer. Best regards, Venera Trademax
