It was a breeze boarding the trains and I will definitely use them next time. The charge for their service is definitely worth it as a western foreigner. Thank you!!!! ### ★★★★★ Excellent help with China train travel - alan radcliffe · 2026-10-16 Trent was a fantastic help in organising my train travel in China. He was very helpful, and patient, with my many questions and took a lot of the stress out of the trip. Will use again. ### ★★★★★ TOP TOP TOP! I received very clear instructions during the booking and then I was explained about the procedures. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy. The only problem ( and that was my fault!) was that when I provided my passport number I only gave numbers and not the first three letters so I was stopped at the station but when I explained the problem, it went well. Thank you so much: my trip Shanghai- Beijing went extremely well and it was the icing on the cake. My last trip in China after 3 weeks and it went very smoothly. ### ★★★★★ Very professional and with excellent… - D Anthony Jr · 2026-08-27 Very professional and with excellent follow up and communication. ### ★★★★★ We've purchased several train tickets… - Adriana · 2026-08-24 We've purchased several train tickets through Chinahighlights.com. Annie assisted us. ### ★★★★★ Very effective service - Consumer · 2026-08-19 Very effective service - they booked exactly the tickets that I wanted and were able to change them.
