I was happy with tunepat for itunes till closed and now I'm not able to login, do not accept, I haven't changed nothing. May you please help me, thank you

Tunepat is a fraud ordered their product did not get code to activate account and now nobody is getting back to me or giving my money back their say no refund or exchange but if someone pays for a service and they don't get it that's fraud so go to TUNELF instead

TunePat is great for everyone who loves to listen to music. I use TunePat to download my Spotify playlists, instead of having to pay an overpriced monthly fee. TunePat allows you to download your songs with ease in many formats such as MP3, FLAC, AIFF, and many more. You can just download your whole playlist at one with TunePat, a feature not many other converters can. Also, I forgot to mention that TunePat keeps your song's original quality, which is incredible. Other Spotify to MP3 converters downgrade the audio quality, which can become very annoying when you're trying to enjoy your music at high quality. TunePat downloads your music very quickly and conveniently. You can download your music from your Amazon Music account, Apple Music account, or your Spotify account. I have TunePat's Amazon video…
I have TunePat's Amazon video downloader, and while it does download, albeit slower than expected, I find that it tends to always download the lowest quality available, irrespective of the fact that I have set it to the highest level. This is not what I expected at all, and therefore won't renew for anymore months. Sorry not worth it. I'll stick to torrents instead

Currently useless
Currently, I cannot get transfers to "play' after downloading to pc. Time for track(s) show's as 00:00 on all transferred tracks. Is there a change on Amazon's end that has rendered Tunepat useless?

I have tune Pat amazon music converter and it works great! But I downloaded the Disney one a its really slow, I pushed pause too and now I cant un pause it. I don't know how to either, and I cant close the tab for it when its paused. I just need help with it

I love the Amazon Music Converter and Amazon Video Downloader. I subscribe to Amazon Prime subscription and want to save the songs and some videos from Amazon to my computer so that I can play them without the internet. TunePat programs help me a lot. Thanks!

Be carefull to the money return policy. I perfectly know that you can test the software by downloading 5 minutes of video, and I did it. 5 minutes is not really enough. I've bought it as I was confident cause I have seen the 5 days / 30 days guarentee money back. I tested the software and was not pleased by it. In fact, I could only download in 2 channels (amazon), so I wanted to check the money back guarentee. And here I have seen all exclusions. Let's summarise, everything is excluded. What a fabulous program, the tunepat amazon version is well worth the cost I did the free version and then the monthly and was a no brainer to just go ahead and get the yearly. The support team is great as well I had emails with Betsy and well she knocked it out of the park for me, can't recommend them enough check out all there product from amazon to netflix itunes spotify well done

I have been using TunePat Amazon Video Downloader for last 3 weeks. It is smother and easy to use. Its interface is also simple and reliable. It plan is also affordable. I like to thanks TunePat for creating such apllication. The thing I like the most that you can dowload the playlist at once in mp4 format and save it to USB device. I really like to prefer this application. So, download and enjoy the application in pc or mac.
Better than expected
I went looking for a program that would help me be able to put music on my ipod mini. I honestly didn't know if this would work but it did! It works well. Then I updated my IOS and it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive. In a week or so they released a new version that worked again, and they extended my subscription for the time it wasn't working. All in all I have had a good experience with Tunepat.

TunePat is an absolute joke. I used the Amazon downloader. Hardware acceleration was enabled. Do you know how long it took me to download ONE 45 minute video? 7 hours. YEP! It's an absolute joke of an app and I wouldn't recommend it to anynone. The worst part? It slows down your laptop as it processes a video so you can't properly use a web browser or any of your programs

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. There are many factors that affect the download speed, such as the internet connection, the file size. And, it will take a longer time if you download audio tracks in all languages. In this case, please try to select one audio language only.
Easier to work with and produces excellent sound quality
At first, just tested the trial software and it works. So suggest try its trial version in advance. Personally, I prefer its fast response time. By the way, I had been using Audfree's Tidal converter program until it stopped working two weeks ago. After testing other converters, I chose Tunepat as a replacement for Audfree. I found Tunepat superior to the other programs I tried, mainly because it's easier to work with and produces excellent sound quality.
Just awful
Just awful! Converted my entire iTunes library into unplayable Amazon files. Tech support one notch above not capable. Avoid at all costs.
