We will contact you shortly to follow up on your return. ### ★★★★★ Excellent customer service! - Linda · 2026-09-14 I am very satisfied with the customer service from Vaxlamp. They responded very quickly to my questions and were very helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Thank you for your quick response and excellent service. I really appreciate your help! ### ★★☆☆☆ Not what I expected... - Marie · 2026-09-13 · 已验证 I loved the lamp but the photos of the shade of red were misleading, I thought it was a burgundy red while it was more firetruck red, so please look carefully when you order this lamp. Also the lamp was delivered completely detatched and there were no supllies added to combine the electric wires from the different arms to the center. Also the user manual was basic and not clear enough to complete the lamp by myself. When I sent an e-mail about this, costumer service said the manual should be enough and it should be easy and that was it, no help, no compensation whatsoever. They advised me to call an electrician for help. When I order a lamp of more then 250 euro, I expect to get something that works and that is complete and clear to connect, and not an incomplete building set with no explanation which you need an electricians degree for. I have solved the issues myself, asked for help and bought the missing parts in a hardware store but I am dissapointed in Vaxxlamp and wil never buy here again nor reccommend this webshop to others. I am very sad about this experience. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible quality & refund nightmare - Emma · 2026-09-11 We purchased a linear pendant light from this company. When it arrived, it was awful quality. Cheaply made, covered in glue, missing paint, and not actually aligned where the light met the metal. While they had a return policy, no UK companies would return an item that size to China, and so we were £100s out of pocket. We were eventually able to secure a refund but only after invoking UK consumer rights laws and many, many emails. AVOID. ### ★★★★★ Fast and good - HL · 2026-09-10 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ I will always buy my lamps from here - Ladan · 2026-09-03 · 已验证 The chandelier is so beautiful and the service omg. They are the best. They fix everything in a second. Thank you 🤩 ### ★★★★★ One word…GORGEOUS - Rosemary Adair · 2026-09-03 · 已验证 One word…. STUNNING! 😍 Even DEBBIE from CORONATION STREET has got one! 🥰 ### ★★★★★ Good product - Raynor Agnelo Coutinho · 2026-09-02 · 已验证 Good product ### ★★★★★ Very good communication - Véronique NARTZ · 2026-08-31 Very good communication, friendly and efficient. ### ★★☆☆☆ Not worth the money - tinamobsby mobsby · 2026-08-15 The products when they arrived did not look of the quality I expected for the price. The reported savings are certainly fabricated in my opinion. One was particularly cheap looking so I decided to return it then found it would have to be sent to China! Customer service was prompt but I felt lacked the full explanation of how to return - I was offered a discount and in the end accepted as I couldn't face the hassle of the return. I wouldn't order from this company again and will stick with brands and companies I know and trust. > 商家回复 (2026-08-24): Dear Tina, We sincerely apologize that our products failed to match your home decor style and fell short of your quality expectations, resulting in an unpleasant shopping experience for you. Real-life videos and images of our products are displayed on the product pages, and the detailed warehouse address is provided on our contact page. As this issue is not related to product defects, and considering the hassle of international return shipping, we have processed a partial refund for you as a goodwill gesture to compensate for your unsatisfactory experience. We take your feedback very seriously. We will strictly strengthen our product quality control and optimize our return service process to prevent similar issues from occurring for other customers in the future. We deeply regret that we have not earned your trust this time. Should you have any lighting needs in the future, we sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you. ### ★★★★★ I'm an interior designer and my client gasped... - Consumer Name · 2026-08-13 · 已验证 I'm and interior designer and my project was to design my clients dressing room. When my client entered the room she gasped in delight and said these words, " This is a show stopper!" She was soooo happy with it. ### ★★★☆☆ Extension Arm pendant lamp - Bruce Edmunds · 2026-08-10 · 已验证 The lamp is fine but no idea how to access the light bulb if it needed replacing > 商家回复 (2026-08-12): Hi Bruce, We will reply about how to replace the light source by email. Please check it later. ### ★★★★★ Great customer service - Heather M · 2026-08-10 · 已验证 Vaxlamp had great customer service, which made the lamp purchase very pleasant. ### ★★★★★ Osterich Lamp - Gina · 2026-08-07 · 已验证 I ordered an Osterich lamp and I crossed my fingers that it would arrive...I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived on time, in perfect order and the quality is fantastic. Once you put it all together the feather top is full and fluffy and the colour was pretty true to what was on the website. The only thing that had me worried was I didnt receive any tracking info so I wasnt sure if it was going to arrive but it did. Very happy with everything. I will order again from VaxLamp after this experience. ### ★★★★★ Very good products - Laura Sgindar · 2026-07-30 · 已验证 Very good products. I have 3 of their lamps for almost 1 year now & I am very happy with them. they also have very good customer service, I had an issue with one of the deliveries & they helped to sort it out & also answered immediately my questions on how to connect the lamp to the remote. ### ★★★★★ Great customer service - Bruno Tolla · 2026-07-21 · 已验证 Great customer service, great products ### ★☆☆☆☆ The delivery took approximately a month… - Jeff · 2026-07-17 · 已验证 The delivery took approximately a month instead of the predicted delivery date. The product was of inferior quality - made of cheap plastic. It is going to be returned. The entire experience was disappointing! > 商家回复 (2026-07-20): Hello Jeffrey, According to our shipping policy, orders with free shipping take 6 to 13 working days for delivery. We have checked the tracking information, and the shipment delay was caused by unreadable barcode labels which were replaced on July 9, leading to a few days of delivery extended. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are also sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the quality. This item is officially made of aluminum and silicone for lampshades with detailed specifications shown clearly. Please send us photos of the items you received so we can verify the quality issues.
