The customer service with this company was fantastic. Brad was immediate with his response and worked with us to get exactly what we needed. I would, and will, absolutely recommend this company to others in my industry.
I was directed to WRD through a colleague who purchased a Traulsen quad door reach in reefer. I couldn't believe the price. Knowing I needed a double convec oven I contacted Brad at WRD for a quote on a Blodgett SHO 100-G. Again, I was amazed at the price; AND he included the casters. No charge for the shipping. I saved approximately $800 with this purchase. Brad is my new "go to" guy for equipment.
Fast shipping, easy ordering and great quality products. Totally no hassle service.
Easy check out and great selection,. So far, so good......
So far my experience while using Webstaurant has been good. There have been numerous purchases that caused us to be held from opening our restaurant on time, unsure if it was because it was due to the manufacturer or the business itself. The issues have been resolved promptly which is why I still provided a 4 star rating will continue purchasing from them as long as they maintain quality products at a reasonable price.
Very timely with delivery. Very good selection to order from. Customer service is very quick to correct and problems. We have been ordering here for a long time and it is our go to place for new equipment and supplies.
We absolutely love warehouse restaurant deals. We have worked directly with the owner, Bradley, and he has far exceeded our expectations for customer service in this industry. Thank you Warehouse Restaurant Deals! We love you.

I have nothing to say but well done. They really care about satisfying the customer.
Nicest people on the planet at the checkout counter. Big warehouse that feels like a neighborhood store!

Always a good shopping experience at the Warehouse! Lots of items to choose from at good prices.
When I opened my bar I needed some refrigeration for kegs and the staff here helped me pick fridges that have been working great backed with a solid guarantee, glad i shopped here and have one less thing to worry about!
Great store and personal, very friendly and knowledgeable. Bob Woehrle.
I had a great experience. The prices were way better than the competition. The best part was customer service was amazing
Outstanding service and quality with Warehouse Restaurant Deals! They had the best price on the equipment I needed and I shopped around quite a bit.
I have bought many closeout pieces of equipment from these guys. Most of them were items used at a food show so they were basically brand new. I bought 2 steamers 3 years ago and the first one is still running great and the second is on my office floor waiting to be put into service when needed. SHHHHH!!!! Don't tell everyone
everything for the restaurant under 1 roof
I have been shopping here for 15 years. My goto chef store. I buy all my supplies here and recommend you do the same.
