We're so pleased to hear that your shuttle driver made a positive impression with prompt service and a friendly attitude. We appreciate your support and look forward to assisting you with your future parking needs! We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the Way+ membership. While making a reservation, customers are provided with the option to choose whether they would like to continue with the Way+ membership or not. We understand the importance of having clear information before making a selection. One of our agents will send you an email explaining the Way+ membership benefits and details, so you have a better understanding of the plan.
