Thank you for your review. I cannot apologize enough for the delay due to the backorder. There are times where we temporarily sell out of an item faster than anticipated. This is one of those instances and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on getting that stock in form the supplier and sometimes dates will change according to what they have updated with us. I am so sorry for the change in dates and understand the frustrations. Stay tuned as a shipping confirmation email will be sent when it has left our warehouse! Hope your day is great and we look forward to serving you in the future!

Thanks for your feedback and ordering with us. I'm sorry that not all items were great. Anytime there is an issue with an item you receive we would be happy to help. Simply call or email us with details and we can work on a solution together.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Sounds like there were many mishaps and not the serve you deserve! I will pass this experience on to the correct department for review. We are confident we can serve you better in the future.

Thank you for your review. We do offer items that relate to items that you have ordered. Since we have so many items and we are not able to fit them all in our catalog, we make these offers to help customers discover items that they may not have known about or even missed in the catalog. There is no obligation to these offers and you may say no to any or all of them.
