In reviewing your order, I confirmed that the table shipped from our warehouse within two business days of your order being placed. Based on the information provided by the carrier, they made several attempts to contact you by phone and left voicemail messages to coordinate delivery. Unfortunately, they were unable to connect with you, which ultimately contributed to the delay.

While we understand there were communication challenges, we also recognize that the overall delivery experience did not meet your expectations—or ours. Our shipping partners typically provide prompt and reliable service, and we sincerely apologize that this was not the case with your order.

As requested, your order has been canceled, and the shipment is currently being returned to our warehouse. In regards to a refund, our records indicate Amazon has refunded your order in full.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this experience caused.
