Hi Travon, so sorry for the confusion or frustration – we see an agent was able to reply to your help request within 5 minutes. While we're unable to refund days of paid premium, we try to make refunding any leftover account balance as easy as possible – it all takes place right from inside your member account. We see our agent was able to assist with your refund, and you should see these funds back in your bank account within 5 - 10 business days. Unfortunately, we can't make this move any faster on our end. We're sorry about that!
