This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. A burning sensation or worsening of a wound is concerning, and we would strongly recommend discontinuing use immediately. It’s possible that there may be a variation in the batch or formulation, or that the product may not be suitable for your skin at this time. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further for you. Please reach out to our customer support team with details of the product (including batch number, if available), and we’ll investigate this as a priority. Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly value your continued trust over the years. (2024-01-02): Dear Patty, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. (2024-01-02): Dear C. Thayer, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern about the shipping cost and delivery time of your parcel.
