As with any retailer, all components and products we carry can occasionally go out of stock, sometimes with little advance notice from our suppliers. Unfortunately, that was the case with your order, and we regret that the delay and lack of a clear delivery estimate fell short of the experience we strive to provide. Please know that we always work to get our customers' orders out as quickly as possible, and we're sorry we missed the mark this time. Your refund has been processed on our end; depending on your card issuer, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement. If you don't see it shortly, please contact us directly and we'll resolve it right away. If you would be willing to give us another chance in the future, we would be happy to compliment your next order with expedited shipping at no charge as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better. (2026-06-23): Thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful review — and for the kind words about our support team. We're glad their communication and professionalism stood out to you, and we'll be sure to pass that recognition along. We also want to sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced in transit. For water-cooled systems like the G20 Epic, we ship via palletized freight rather than standard parcel carriers. This is a deliberate choice: freight with a lift-gate delivery gives the system far more protection in transit and dramatically reduces the risk of shipping damage to the cooling loop and internal components. That said, freight carriers operate on their own pickup and delivery windows, and in your case the missed Friday pickup and the time the pallet spent in Missouri and Denver added days we know you weren't expecting on a $13,000 order. Your feedback about the expedited shipping option at checkout is well taken. If overnight or next-day air isn't realistically available for freight-shipped systems, that should be clear before purchase rather than after — and the $350 refund was our way of acknowledging that gap on this order. We're sharing your comments internally so we can improve both the checkout experience and the freight scheduling for future customers ordering systems in this class. We'd genuinely appreciate your follow-up once the system arrives. We're confident in the build itself, and if there's any sign of shipping damage or anything that doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out and we'll make it right immediately.
