- Cindy Greenberg · 2026-07-30 ·

(2026-07-31): Cindy, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so glad your travel specialists worked closely with you to create an itinerary that checked off your bucket list while staying within your budget. It’s wonderful to hear they were there to support you throughout your trip, even making quick adjustments during the Paris heatwave. We hope to help you plan your next adventure to France!

- fvkencxhe · 2026-07-28

(2026-07-30): Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to learn from your experience.

I'm sorry to hear that your planning experience felt inconsistent. While I'm glad we were able to connect you with some travel ideas you found valuable, I understand how frustrating it is when recommendations don't fully reflect your preferences or when communication slows during important moments.

I've reached out through Trustpilot in hopes that we can connect and better understand your experience. We'd truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened, both so we can improve the areas you highlighted and, if possible, demonstrate the level of personalized service and responsiveness that we strive to provide every traveler.

Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to speak with you.

- Lisa Stone · 2026-07-24 ·

(2026-07-29): Lisa, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so happy to hear your family’s trip to Italy felt so seamless and special.
