My chats should only be visible to me and my employees should only be able to see their own with me seeing all This wasn’t an option but I was assured it was coming soon and this is where Zopim / Zen Chat have failed miserably. Its now arrived… woohooooo but only to people who can afford £50 per user per month. That would double my costs. I should point out I’m a non-profit charity, I help people I don’t sell. Zendesk clearly don’t care and clearly will tell you anything to sign you up….
