SCAM courier NO parcel !!
A total SCAM complete tracking right up until delivery then says parcel delivered and date and time .. NO parcel NO one came to the door.. have door camera and NO one came !!!!

Great (fake) tracking (XCSU001841668BO) of a parcel sent from China right up to showing it was delivered by Canada Post. Canada Post has no information on the tracking #. Total scam delivery notifications and suspected scam company! Too bad you don't have a 'zero' star. I hate rating them a far too generous 'one' star!
Company must be a scam
Company must be a scam. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Says shipping from China. Gave me a tracking number. On day it says delivered, nothing actually showed up. I have security cameras. No delivery truck ever showed up. No way to contact this company. 100% scam.

32 day delivery said delivered today at 1038 on 5/12/2025 no way to get ahold of anybody will not answer emails. Kinda weird it popped up on tik tok so I have ordered off of before but my gut told me no but o ordered anyways but I got scammed what a bad decision on my part but reported fraud and got reimbursed on my credit card
Never arrived - SCAM
100% SCAM. I ordered by travel bag and paid even insurance for delivery. Tracking gave multiple entries saying that the parcel arrived on 12 March in Bulgaria and circled around until 6 April. That is 25 days in a small country! They now told me that my parcel has been delivered on April 6, which is not true. I haven't received anything and April 6 is a Sunday. Have send several emails to the seller and transporter but not a single reply. Will inform my credit card company now. They don't respond to emails either

bad delivery service
Would not recommend they have lost my parcels on two separate occasions for delivery in January now 3rd march . Stated was delivered to me on both occasions in which I never did recieve would not use this company
Seller and carrier scam
Packages marked as delivered on Martin Luther King Jr's birthday which is a federal holiday, no postal services are open. Seller romanatcoitter.com will not help locate my orders, 17Track tells me to contact XICHEN, but there is no information on xichen-888.com website to contact them. They are all scams both seller and carrier. BEWARE!!! Contacting credit card

Scammers, says delivered but no package is delivered at all, no contact, fake sites wich you cant anymore find after buying product

Item says delivered. Item is not delivered. Time of delivery is one hour in front of the time right now. Time to call my credit card company and invoke a chargeback. You take ages to reply to emails, even if you do they make no sense. 26 days to be marked as delivered. Tell me how you get 29 pots and pans into a mail box. Scam company in my opinion. If they sort this out I’ll edit my review.
Shipment delay/ missing
One of the worst companies to be dealt with i have a parcel with them since the 1st of jan and ever since its arrived in the uk its been having scans every alternate days since the 7 i have had no scans nor i know where the parcel is and cannot even get in touch with this company as their email is all wonky and no ine replies + to top it of it send an incorrect email this is a SCAM company. Do not use it
