Loved the pieces, but taking forever to ship (still havent recieved, a month since ordering) for the price Im paying I expect it to be somewhat quicker. Wont be purchasing again.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the negative shopping experience you encountered. 

The timing of your order placement coincided with the Chinese holidays (Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day). As a result, the Logistics company suspended its services for a period of 7 days, We are unable to process your order.

And due to DHL- eCommerce service terminating their services to New Zealand, we had to switch to SF- eCommerce service for shipping (We have already informed you of these issue via email). As a result, there has been a delay in the delivery of your merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and would like to express our gratitude for choosing our product. 

Please note that the Free Shipping Option is limited to can tracking Economy eCommerce shipping. On November 2nd, we sent an email to notify you that if there is no progress on the logistics tracking detail within 10 business days, SF company will initiate an investigation into this package. However, if the goods are damaged or cannot be delivered, we will provide you with a refund. 

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the delay in the delivery of your goods. We understand that this situation has caused inconvenience and frustration for you, and we share in your disappointment. 

We are fully cognizant of the inconvenience this may have caused you and would like to assure you that we are taking proactive measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. 

Your feedback regarding our logistics providers is of utmost importance to us and will be utilized to enhance our services. We sincerely hope that this delay has not left a negative impression of our studio, as we take immense pride in our high-quality, hand-carved products. We deeply appreciate your understanding and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve you again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
