Took my money and a month and a half later I've not received merchandise. They tell me in emails that it was delivered. Will not give me a refund or send replacement. They said "we are losing money too" when I told them they were thieves for taking my $51 and not sending my order. I have so of their emails. I understand your disappointment at this moment, but we did send it to your address via the china post and you havent received it yet. Have you tried contacting your local post office to inquire about package information? The lost package may be found. Thank you for your cooperation. ME: I did visit my local post office to inquire and I have looked through the video of my doorbell camera and security cameras on my property, for the entirety of the date you state it was delivered, 9/28/26, and the package was not delivered. Are you seriously telling me that I should continue to just wait, and maybe the lost package may eventually be found, and possibly show up at my door? I have already waited 10 days after you the date you claim it was delivered. I think that is plenty of time for you to have corrected this problem. What kind of business days this? I'm starting to think I've been scammed, because a legitimate business would do everything possible to make sure the customer gets their purchase, even if the package was lost in shipping. Most respectable businesses would have already prepared another shipment to replace the lost one, and it would be expedited and on its way to me. You've not offered to send an identical replacement, nor have you offered to refund my money I spent for the shirts and for the shipping cost that obviously didn't happen. Please reply and let me know which of the 2 options you plan to do to remedy this problem. If I don't get a satisfactory response on the next 24 hours, I will contact my credit card company and file a claim with them to refund the money. I sincerely hope that you choose to do the right thing, or I will assume this was all a scam, and will file appropriate documents to my local authorities and the post office. I won't accept anything less than a complete refund, or a replacement of my purchase. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever had. At this point, I consider this not only a scam, but a theft of my $51.97.I shouldn't have to forfeit my money, just because your business failed to deliver my purchase. THEIR REPLY: Dear， Sorry for the inconvenience, We also did deliver the goods according to your address, and it is a pity that you did not receive it. As I told you before, I looked back at the video from my cameras on my house and yard, and they're was no delivery of a package from your company. Your website ensures 100% customer satisfaction. Why should I agree to a 50% refund, when your business failed to deliver my package. You've not been able to provide to me, a signature of the delivery, and you can't produce a proof of delivery photo. If I am not refunded the full price I paid or sent a replacement order of my purchase, I'll be forced to write reviews on your website and social media, including the text of the emails you've sent me. Any reputable business, that is not a fraud or scam, would refund 100%or a replacement, and since you've refused to fulfill your responsibility, I'm left to assume I've been scammed, and I will do everything I can to ensure that you are not able to fraud any future customers.
